Brothers Easy Moving of Tampa shows through real customer reviews that being a company of its word means honoring quotes, absorbing costs when a crew shortage caused a longer move, and confirming arrival windows the day before and morning of the move. The company, founded in 2010 and serving Tampa Bay, treats honest pricing and accountability as standard practice, not a promotion.

We built Brothers Easy Moving of Tampa on one idea: say what you mean and do what you say. These three reviews from real customers show what that looks like in practice.

An Honest Moving Company Sticks By Their Word

Honest pricing means the quote we give you is the number we stand behind. If the job finishes faster than we estimated, you pay less. That is not a promotion. It is just how hourly pricing is supposed to work.

“Service from beginning to end was excellent. I was given a fair quote from Jaclyn and she helped answer all of my questions before the day of the move. The day of the move my movers Jammarius and Chris were extremely punctual and began working right away. They were cautious with my furniture and very professional and kind. They ended up finishing before the allotted time and I therefore received a lower price than what was quoted. I would highly recommend this team for any moving needs.

Description of work:

Moved a one bedroom apartment – bedroom, living room, and kitchen furniture.”

No company gets everything right every time. What matters is what you do when something goes wrong. In the review below, we showed up short-staffed. That was our fault. So when the job ran longer than the original two hours because we had fewer hands, we did not charge the customer for the extra time. The crew, Pat and Prince, worked hard and got it done. Darryl made the call on the billing. That is how it should go.

“I paid in advance for 4 guys for 2 hours. Only two guys showed up on time, Pat and Prince. They explained to me that they were short staffed. They moved as quick as they could and were able to move our entire house in 4 hours. Since I was only given two hours I would have been charged for 2 more hours, but Darryl came through and said that because it was the their fault he would not charge me for any extra time. Pat and Prince were very courteous and worked very hard. I would recommend this company.

Description of work:

Move from a 1 story home to a 2 story home”

Your time matters. When Rob and Kaleb called the day before to give a window, then called again the morning of the move to confirm, that was not going above and beyond. That was just keeping a commitment. The move finished faster than estimated, and everything got set up.
“Jaclyn in the office was pleasant, informative, and responsive. Rob and Kaleb called the day before to give us a timeframe to expect them. They called the day of the move to confirm and were right on time. The move went quicker than the estimate and they set everything up. I would highly recommend Brothers Easy Moving of Tampa for any local move.

Description of work:

My daughter was moving from home to her first apartment. We had her bedroom set, a pull out couch and several boxes to be moved from the 2nd floor of our home to her 2nd floor apartment.”

Yes. The quote you receive before booking is based on an estimated number of hours, and if the crew wraps up sooner, your final bill reflects the actual time worked. The review in this post is a real example: the crew finished ahead of schedule and the customer paid less than the original figure.

This is how hourly pricing is supposed to work. You are not locked into a number someone wrote down days earlier just because it was convenient for us to leave it there.

We tell you what happened, and we make it right on the bill. The post above describes a job where two movers arrived instead of four. The crew worked the full job, and the owner absorbed the extra hours rather than pass that cost to the customer because the staffing gap was our fault, not theirs.

No moving company gets every detail perfect every time. What separates a trustworthy company from a bad one is what happens after something goes sideways.

Brothers Easy Moving of Tampa quotes local moves in the Tampa Bay area at one hourly rate that covers the crew and the truck. Travel is shown as a plain line item, not buried in fine print. There are no fuel surcharges or stair fees added at the end that were never mentioned up front.

The quote conversation is also where we ask enough questions to make the estimate realistic. A quote built on accurate information is far less likely to surprise anyone on moving day.

The movers who show up are partner crews, not workers pulled from a staffing app the morning of your move. They own or rent their trucks and are paid based on the job, which means they have a direct reason to do the work well and treat your belongings carefully.

You will often hear a crew member's name during the booking process, and the crews call ahead to confirm a timeframe. That is not a small thing when you are coordinating a move around your schedule in a place like Tampa where traffic alone can derail a day.

Ask how they handle it when something goes wrong. A company that has a clear, plain answer to that question before you sign anything is more trustworthy than one that points you to a liability clause. Also ask what the default carrier liability is in Florida: the legal minimum is 60 cents per pound, which means a 50-pound television worth several hundred dollars could be settled for 30 dollars.

An honest company explains valuation options before moving day, not after something breaks. That conversation tells you a lot about how the company operates.
