We called Brothers EZ Moving for help with our long-distance move from Miami to Riverview, Florida, after spending the night packing up my son’s one-bedroom apartment. By moving morning, we were already exhausted and VERY ready to let somebody else take over! I’ll admit, when the movers arrived with a trailer, my first thought was, “There is absolutely no way all of this is going to fit.” 😂 The lead mover looked everything over and assured me he could make it work. He clearly knew how to load because not only did everything fit, but he strategically used some additional space in the back of his truck as well. Watching an experienced mover organize furniture and boxes into a limited amount of space is impressive. This move also had a couple surprises. There was approximately a 200-foot walk from the apartment to the truck that they weren’t expecting, plus an elevator without a key, which definitely made the loading process more difficult. None of that changed their attitude. They worked tirelessly for around two hours and completely loaded my son’s one-bedroom apartment. There was also a miscommunication about the starting time that morning, which wasn’t ideal, but once the movers arrived and got started, we were very happy with how everything was handled. I appreciate a company that can recover from a hiccup and still deliver a great final result. The furniture and household belongings were carefully handled, the trailer was professionally loaded, and having experienced movers take over after we had spent the previous night packing was worth every penny. Quickest move I’ve ever had!! 10/10!

I have to share what happened during our move because by the end of it, complete strangers were literally watching these guys work. 😂 We hired Brothers EZ Moving for a small local move from Riverview to downtown Tampa. It wasn’t a huge household move, but there were a couple things working against us—a flight of stairs, some seriously heavy furniture and absolutely brutal Florida heat. None of it seemed to matter to these movers. They showed up with great attitudes, got right to work and started loading the moving truck at a pace that honestly surprised us. They weren’t being reckless either. Everything was handled carefully and they communicated with us throughout the process. Then came the couch. We have this GIANT couch that I was convinced was going to be the problem of the day. I was already mentally preparing myself for the “this isn’t going to fit” conversation. Nope. They maneuvered that enormous thing like they were carrying a daybed. 😂 Watching them figure out the angles, communicate with each other and move it through the space was impressive enough that people around the apartment complex actually started stopping to watch. I’m not kidding. A few people gathered around as the movers kept working, and before long they were actually getting cheers from the little crowd watching them load the truck! The funniest part was the movers barely acknowledged it. No showing off. No stopping to enjoy the attention. They just kept their heads down and continued working. That probably tells you more about their work ethic than anything I could write. It was unbelievably hot, they had stairs to deal with, they were carrying heavy furniture, and somehow their attitudes stayed just as good as their work ethic. They were polite, respectful and had excellent customer service skills from beginning to end. They got our furniture loaded in Riverview and moved into downtown Tampa quickly and safely, and what could have been a stressful moving day actually became a pretty memorable experience. Holy cow… what a day. 😂 We just finished helping our daughter move from an 8th-floor apartment in downtown Tampa into storage, and I’m writing this exhausted, but extremely thankful we hired Brothers EZ Moving. The day actually started with the movers being about an hour EARLY. Normally that would be a good thing, but we weren’t quite ready for them yet! Instead of making it an issue, they rearranged things, went and handled another job, and came back about an hour and a half later to accommodate us. I really appreciated that flexibility. Once they came back, these guys went to WORK. They were strong, knowledgeable and clearly experienced with apartment moving and heavy furniture. But strangely enough, the thing that impressed me most wasn’t how strong they were. It was how they treated people. They were incredibly polite to us and even polite and respectful toward each other while they worked. Lots of “yes sir,” “no problem,” “I’ve got you,” and helping each other instead of barking orders. You can teach someone how to move furniture. It’s harder to teach that kind of character and customer service. And they definitely earned their money on this move. Our inventory ended up being approximately 30% larger than originally estimated, and we also seriously underestimated the walking involved. There was roughly a 400-foot walk at the downtown Tampa apartment and then another 100-foot walk at the storage facility. Then came the storage doors. Apparently the doors couldn’t simply be held open, so every trip in and out became more complicated than it needed to be. 😩 Needless to say, our move went considerably over the original time estimate. What I appreciated was that Brothers EZ Moving didn’t just hand us a larger bill at the end without an explanation. They communicated with us about why the move was taking longer—the additional inventory, extremely long walks and the difficulties accessing the storage facility all added substantial time. Our biggest concern was several very heavy dressers that had to come down from the eighth floor, and they handled them beautifully. Everything was carefully moved, loaded onto the truck, transported to storage and unloaded with precision. By the end of the day we were exhausted just WATCHING them. We used Brothers EZ Moving for labor-only moving help in Riverview, and I was extremely happy with the service from beginning to end. I needed help removing my husband’s old mattress and miscellaneous junk from his assisted living facility. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. The two movers stayed in contact, showed up on time, had all the right moving equipment with them and immediately got to work. What impressed me most was how quickly they worked while still being careful with everything. They helped pack my husband’s items and handled everything respectfully. There was no standing around or wasting time, which was especially important since I was paying for moving labor. The price was very fair for the amount of work that was completed, and everything was explained clearly. Sometimes you don’t need a huge moving truck and a full moving crew. The biggest chore today was the disposal of a full sized mattress. Removed! I hired Brothers EZ Moving to handle my daughter’s move from Brandon, Florida to the Miami area, and after seeing how they handled everything, I would absolutely hire them again. This was a smaller one-bedroom long-distance move, and what I wanted more than anything was something simple: pick up her belongings in Brandon, protect everything properly, load the truck, drive directly to South Florida and get her moved in without turning it into a two or three day ordeal. That’s exactly what Brothers EZ Moving did. They gave me a guaranteed flat-rate price before the move. I really liked knowing what I was going to pay instead of watching an hourly clock run during a long-distance move or worrying about additional charges once everything was already loaded. The price we agreed on was the price we paid. The crew showed up ready to work and did a great job blanket wrapping and shrink wrapping the furniture before loading. I was especially impressed by the way they packed the moving truck. Everything had a place. The larger furniture went in strategically, smaller items were worked into the available space, and everything was secured for the drive. You can tell there’s a big difference between somebody who can carry furniture and somebody who actually knows how to professionally load a moving truck. Then came my favorite part: same-day direct delivery. They didn’t take my daughter’s belongings to a warehouse or put them on a shared truck with several other customers. The same shipment they loaded in the Tampa/Brandon area went directly to South Florida, and the same crew handled the move through delivery.
