What Does a Last-Minute Move Actually Look Like?
This review from one of our customers gives a clear picture of how a hurried move can go when the right people are involved. We are sharing it because it is honest, including the one thing that did not go perfectly.
“About 3 weeks before a hurried move, I contacted Josh-a owner, who came out and gave me a bid. He asked questions about the move- when we had to move, what was going or not, and identified that we also had a 10 x 10 storage room about a mile away. He assured me that he would have a written bid returned to me by next day, and that it would consider, all padding and loading on site and off. Although the written bid was a day late… that is the ONLY negative that I can say about Josh and all the employees of this company! (There had been a family situation that caused delay-understandable.) On the day of the move, there were all employees and Gary- an owner- at the storage shed ready to begin right on time. The move was completed right on time, without a hitch. The move was made from Valrico, Fl., to San Anonio, Tx. Two of the same men that loaded our belongings, Randy and Gary, were exactly on time waiting for us in San Antonio, just as they had promised. The only ‘damaged’ item we had was a very cheap lamp, that was already probably weakened from being in the children’s playroom.”

Those things happened, and the customer still felt good about the experience.
