We read every review we get. Not because we are looking for praise, but because it tells us whether the work we are doing actually matches what we promised. These two reviews are the kind that remind us why we do this.
What Does It Mean to Be Better Than the Reviews?
“Like you, I did a ton of research to find my moving company. Brothers Easy Moving of Tampa was the best-reviewed moving company in the Tampa Bay area. So I selected them, and they were BETTER than the reviews!!! My three movers, John Mattson, John Dees, and David Starkey (Tommy) NEVER STOPPED WORKING for 11 HOURS!!! They moved my whole house, my storage unit, and a 1000 lb kids play set from my backyard. They never cursed or were anything but completely professional the whole time. I have recommended my three movers to my neighbors, friends, and family. I now recommend them to you.”
Eleven hours is a long day. Moving a full house, a storage unit, and a 1,000-pound playset in one go is not a light job. The fact that John, John, and Tommy stayed focused and professional through all of it is exactly what we expect from our crews. These are not day laborers pulled from an app. They have skin in the game, and it shows.
How Do You Handle a Move That Spans Three Days and a Town Not on GPS?
“Everything went great! A team of four led by Rob came to our home on July 8 promptly at the agreed time. They packed up all household goods and shrink-wrapped the furniture after covering each with moving blankets. The team was very polite and professional and asked about everything that was questionable. They treated our belongings like they were their own! They left our bed untouched so that we could sleep in the home for one more night. The following day, July 9, the same team came and loaded all of our belongings onto the trucks. Tommy, the supervisor, took photos after each 4 feet of load to document the location and safety of the items on the truck. On July 11, the crew called early in the morning to get directions to our new home. The home is in a very new section of the Villages and not on any GPS. They kept in contact with us to let us know their estimated time of arrival. When they got here, one of the original crew members was missing, but he was replaced with an equally professional and polite gentleman. They carefully unloaded the trucks, asking where each box and each piece of furniture should be unloaded. Once the trucks were empty, the supervisor asked us to review each room and make sure that the furniture was placed exactly where we wanted it. If not, they were very happy to move it. They even made great suggestions for furniture placement! We would recommend Brothers Easy Moving of Tampa to anyone for their move. They are professional and know their jobs. We had one minor break – a glass bowl that was well-packed, but failed to survive the move. That’s an awesome job for the entire contents of a seven-room home! You can scope out all the ‘big’ name movers, but I bet you won’t find the quality or professionalism that we found at Brothers Easy Moving of Tampa!”
A few things stand out here. Tommy photographing the load every four feet is not a formality. It is documentation that protects the customer and holds the crew accountable. Leaving the bed set up so the family could sleep one more night in their home is a small thing that takes real awareness. And navigating to a new section of the Villages that does not show up on GPS, while keeping the customer updated on arrival time, is exactly the kind of communication that makes a long-distance move feel manageable instead of chaotic.
One glass bowl broke out of a full seven-room home. We are not going to pretend that nothing ever gets damaged in a move. What matters is how rare it is and how the crew handles it when it happens. If you want to talk through your move with us, call (813) 505-2560.
