Brothers Easy Moving of Tampa earns repeat business by showing up on time, quoting one honest rate with no hidden fees, and following up after the move is done. Customers consistently note that crews work efficiently and communicate clearly at every stage. The company has completed more than 25,000 moves serving Tampa Bay since 2010.

Moving is not simple, and most people know that going in. What they do not always expect is a crew that shows up ready, communicates clearly, and finishes without a surprise on the invoice. These three reviewers put it better than we could.

What Real Customers Say About Moving With Us

By Far the Best Experience With a Moving Company

“This was by far my best experience with a moving company. Darryl was extremely helpful during the initial call. He reassured me that there would be no additional fees besides the rates we discussed, as I’ve been burnt in the past. Michael, Troy, Matthew, and Devin arrived excited to get started even though I had a later move, and they had a more difficult than expected move before me. They hustled as if they were just as concerned about the hourly rate as I was and they finished an hour and a half sooner than I expected. They were extremely careful with my belongings and my freshly painted walls at my new house. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!”

That line about being burnt in the past comes up a lot. Hidden fees are the number one reason people distrust movers. When Darryl quotes a rate, that is the rate. One honest number before you book, no fine print waiting at the end of the job.

On Time, Careful, and Followed Up After the Move

“Everything went great! Rob and Terry arrived on time and carefully wrapped and moved all of my furniture and also moved about 40 assorted boxes. (I know I have way too much stuff – 6 rooms of furniture). They took my thing directly over to the new place and unloaded all of it to the rooms that we specified. They worked very efficiently and the move went smoothly. Everything that they took apart was correctly reassembled. Darryl at the office was very helpful also. He called the day before to confirm the address and time and called again after the move to follow up. The whole move took about 4 1/2 hrs to 5 hrs.”

A call the day before to confirm, and a call after to follow up. That is not extra. That is just how communication is supposed to work. People are more upset by not knowing what is happening than by almost anything else on a move.

Organized, Communicates Well, and Kept to the Estimated Time

“These were the best movers I’ve ever worked with. The two men on the job were so polite, professional and easy to work with. They worked quickly and efficiently and kept the move to the estimated time, with no overcharges. The company itself is very organized and communicates well prior to the job. They employ GPS technology to make sure the door-to-door time is accurate. They well deserve the high ratings they have received from others.”

Door-to-door time matters on an hourly move. GPS tracking on our trucks means the travel time you are charged reflects what actually happened, not a rough guess. If you have questions about how local move pricing works or want to talk through what your move involves, call us at (813) 505-2560. We are straightforward about what things cost and why.

Frequently Asked Questions

The rate you hear on the phone is the rate you pay. There is no fuel surcharge added at the end, no stair fee buried in the fine print, and no charge for the truck itself on top of the crew. Travel time is quoted as one plain line before you book.

What actually controls your total is how efficiently the crew works, and because our movers are partner crews paid on the job rather than day labor, they have a real reason to hustle. The reviewer above saw that firsthand when the team finished an hour and a half ahead of schedule.

Darryl or another office contact will verify your start address, destination address, and arrival window. If anything has changed since you booked, that call is the right time to say so, whether it is an added piece of furniture, a gate code, or a parking situation at a Tampa Bay apartment complex that requires advance notice.

That call also gives you a chance to ask last-minute questions without the pressure of movers standing in your doorway. Most problems on moving day trace back to details that were never confirmed the day before.

If the crew disassembles something to get it through a door or down a staircase, they reassemble it at the destination. That is part of the job, not an add-on service. The reviewer with six rooms of furniture noted that everything taken apart was correctly put back together.

If you have a piece with a complicated mechanism, like an adjustable bed frame or a sectional with a hidden connector system, mention it when you book so the crew knows what tools to bring and can plan the time accordingly.

Licensed and insured tells you the company is legitimate, but it does not tell you what happens if a dresser gets scratched. Florida's default carrier liability is 60 cents per pound, which means a 30-pound television damaged beyond repair would be covered for 18 dollars. That is the legal minimum, and it is not much.

Before your move date, ask us specifically about valuation options and full-value protection so you can make an informed choice. We would rather have that conversation now than after something goes wrong.

Travel time between your pickup address and your destination is calculated using GPS rather than estimated loosely by memory or guesswork. That matters in the Tampa Bay area where traffic on I-75 or the Crosstown can vary significantly depending on the time of day.

You are charged for actual drive time, not a padded estimate. The GPS record also gives both sides a clear reference point if there is ever a question about how long the transit portion of the move took.
